Viewing Your Services and Renewal Dates

The KellerNetwork Client Portal gives you an at-a-glance view of all your active hosting services, domains, and add-ons. You can check renewal dates, plan details, and service status anytime to stay ahead of upcoming renewals or changes.

How to View Your Services:
1. Log in to the Client Portal at https://kellernetwork.com/portal/.
2. From your Client Dashboard, click Services → My Services.
3. You’ll see a list of all active, suspended, and cancelled services.
4. Each entry shows your plan name, next renewal date, and current billing cycle.
5. Click any service name to open detailed information about that specific product.

Viewing Service Details:
• After selecting a service, you’ll see an overview including:
  • The domain or hostname associated with the service.
  • The plan type (for example, “Managed VPS Hosting” or “Website Hosting”).
  • The current status (Active, Suspended, or Cancelled).
  • Your next renewal date and payment amount.
  • Useful quick links such as “Manage,” “Open Support Ticket,” or “Upgrade.”

Understanding Service Statuses:
Active: The service is live and functioning normally.
Suspended: The service is temporarily disabled (usually due to non-payment or requested maintenance).
Cancelled: The service has been permanently closed and will no longer renew.
Pending: The order is still being processed — you’ll receive a confirmation once setup completes.

Checking Renewal Dates:
• Your renewal date is shown both on the My Services list and inside the individual service page.
• You’ll also receive email reminders before each renewal date.
• To renew early or extend your term, click Renew Now (if available) or contact Billing.
• For automatic renewals, make sure your payment method is up to date.

Tips for Managing Services:
• Bookmark your Client Dashboard for quick access to all your active services.
• Review your renewal dates monthly to avoid missed payments or service interruptions.
• For multi-service customers, you can export your service list for recordkeeping.
• If you’re unsure about a listed service, open a support ticket for clarification.
