This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of services provided by KellerNetwork. By using our services, you agree to this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services, with or without notice. KellerNetwork’s reasonable interpretation of this AUP shall govern in the event of disputes.


1. Purpose

KellerNetwork provides hosting, domain, and related services primarily for small businesses and individuals. To ensure a safe and reliable environment for all customers, the following rules apply.


2. Appropriate Usage

  • Services are intended for hosting websites, email, and related business operations.
  • Accounts may not be used primarily for file storage, backups, or archiving unrelated to your website.
  • Excessive use of server resources (CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth) may be throttled, limited, or suspended if it negatively impacts other customers.
  • KellerNetwork may contact you to resolve issues before action is taken, but reserves the right to act immediately in severe cases.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not publish, transmit, or store content that:

  • Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Promotes or incites violence, hate speech, harassment, or threats.
  • Is deceptive, fraudulent, or unfair (e.g., scams, pyramid schemes).
  • Is defamatory, invasive of privacy, or violates rights of others.
  • Infringes on intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
  • Promotes illegal activity (e.g., illegal drugs, gambling, weapons trafficking).
  • Compromises public safety, national security, or ongoing investigations.

KellerNetwork also does not allow hosting of:

  • Proxy services, warez, escrow schemes, HYIPs, or illegal lotteries.

4. Adult Content

  • Pornographic material is prohibited.
  • Expressive or artistic content (e.g., photography, art) is permitted if lawful.
  • Adult-oriented material must include appropriate age verification and may not be accessible to anyone under 18 (or 21 where required by law).

5. Security

You must take reasonable precautions to secure your account, including using strong passwords and keeping software up to date. You may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Interfere with service availability (e.g., flooding, mail bombing, denial of service).
  • Forge or alter headers or network packets.

6. Email & Messaging

You may not use KellerNetwork services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial email (“spam”). Specifically:

  • You must comply with anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Mailing lists must be opt-in and include easy unsubscribe methods.
  • Forging headers or sending deceptive messages is prohibited.
  • Sending messages to unwilling recipients may be treated as harassment.

Violations may result in suspension without refund.


7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • You may not host or distribute copyrighted works, software, music, videos, or other protected material without authorization.
  • KellerNetwork will act on valid DMCA takedown notices and may suspend repeat infringers.

8. Resource Use

  • Shared hosting resources must be used in a manner consistent with normal website operations.
  • You may not run:
    • Distributed computing or crypto-mining software.
    • Unattended server-side daemons.
    • IRC servers, bots, or chat networks.
    • Peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing or torrent services.
    • Gaming servers.

9. Other Restrictions

  • You must keep your domain registration details accurate and current.
  • You must comply with the rules of third-party forums, networks, or groups accessed via KellerNetwork.
  • Conduct likely to result in retaliation against KellerNetwork (e.g., attacks, abuse) is prohibited.

10. Enforcement

  • KellerNetwork may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP.
  • In urgent cases (e.g., child exploitation material, security threats), action may be taken immediately without prior notice.
  • Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated due to AUP violations.

11. Disclaimer

KellerNetwork does not monitor customer activity but reserves the right to investigate suspected violations. KellerNetwork disclaims responsibility for misuse of its network by customers.


12. Updates

This AUP may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
