Viewing and Paying Invoices

You can view and pay your KellerNetwork invoices securely through the Client Portal at any time. The portal keeps a complete record of your past and current payments, making it easy to stay on top of renewals and receipts.

How to View Your Invoices:
1. Log in to the Client Portal at https://kellernetwork.com/portal/.
2. From your Client Dashboard, click Billing → My Invoices.
3. A list of all invoices will appear, showing their status — Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue.
4. Click any invoice number to open and view the full details.
5. Use the download or print options to save a copy for your records if needed.

How to Pay an Invoice:
1. Open the invoice you’d like to pay.
2. Review the listed items and total balance due.
3. Choose your preferred payment method from the drop-down list (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available options).
4. Click Pay Now to complete the payment securely.
5. Once processed, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt automatically.

Understanding Invoice Statuses:
• Unpaid: The invoice is open and awaiting payment.
• Paid: The invoice has been successfully processed — no further action is needed.
• Overdue: The due date has passed — please pay as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.
• Cancelled: The invoice has been voided by KellerNetwork (usually after a plan change or duplicate order).

Tips for Smooth Payments:
• Always confirm the domain or service name on the invoice before paying.
• If a payment fails, double-check your card details or try a different payment method.
• For recurring services, ensure your preferred payment method is up to date.
• You can download past invoices anytime for bookkeeping or tax purposes.
