Logging Into the Client Portal

The KellerNetwork Client Portal is your main access point for managing hosting services, billing, and support. From this dashboard, you can view invoices, submit tickets, review active services, and update your contact details — all in one place.

How to Log In:
1. Visit the official Client Portal at https://kellernetwork.com/portal/.
2. Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the page.
3. Enter your registered email address and password, then click Sign In.
4. If your login is successful, you’ll be taken to your Client Dashboard — showing recent invoices, open tickets, and active services.
5. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the steps to reset it.

First-Time Login:
• New customers receive a welcome email after signup containing your temporary password and a direct login link.
• For security, it’s recommended that you change your password after your first login.
• If your welcome email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (Optional):
• Once logged in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Security Settings.
• Follow the prompts to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an app such as Google Authenticator or Authy.
• 2FA helps protect your account even if someone else knows your password.

Troubleshooting Login Issues:
• Make sure your browser is updated and cookies are enabled.
• Check for typos in your email address or password (passwords are case-sensitive).
• If you’ve recently changed your email address, use the new one to log in.
• If you still can’t access your account, open a ticket by emailing support@kellernetwork.com for assistance.
