Checking Your Email (Webmail & Email Apps)

You can check your email anytime using either the built-in Webmail interface or your favorite email app on a computer or mobile device. Both methods connect directly to your mail server using secure SSL connections.

Option 1: Using Webmail (Recommended for Quick Access)
• Open your browser and go to https://yourdomain.com:20000.
• Log in with your full email address (for example, info@yourdomain.com) and password.
• Once logged in, you’ll see your inbox, sent mail, and folder list.
• Use the top navigation to compose new messages, manage folders, or update your password.
• To log out, click the power icon in the sidebar at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Option 2: Using an Email Client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
• Add a new email account and select IMAP (recommended) or POP3 (download only).
• When prompted, enter the following server details:
  • Incoming (IMAP) Server: yourdomain.com — Port 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • Outgoing (SMTP) Server: yourdomain.com — Port 465 (SSL/TLS)
  • Username: Your full email address
  • Password: Your mailbox password
• Save the settings and perform a test send to confirm the connection.

Mobile Device Setup (iPhone & Android)
• Go to your phone’s Mail or Email app and choose Add Account.
• Select “Other” or “Manual Setup.”
• Enter your full email address, password, and the same IMAP/SMTP server info above.
• Confirm SSL is enabled for both incoming and outgoing mail.
• Once added, your email will sync automatically.

Troubleshooting Connection Errors:
• Double-check that you’re using your full email address as the username.
• Make sure SSL/TLS is enabled and the correct ports (993 and 465) are entered.
• If setup fails, try logging in through Webmail first to confirm your password is correct.
• Contact KellerNetwork Support if problems persist — include a screenshot of your settings for faster help.
